Margaritaville

Long wait, poor service, average food, high prices. Need I say more?

Caribbean-themed restaurant with loads of mixed drinks (iced or frozen) to choose from. The prices might scare some people away but I think the atmosphere inside and out is worth it. Located a few steps from the entrance to Islands of Adventure. If you're planning on going to Cityplace/Universal you should definitely try this one. There's a guitarist usually playing on the patio and a volcano display inside. Lots of seating, but be prepared to wait for a table on the weekends. The Uptown Margarita is the way to go. Service was awesome. There was even a stilt-walker making balloon animals for the kids.

Food here a little above average taste wise, but the ambiance makes it a good place! The drinks are a little over priced, but filled with alcohol. Live band at night makes it entertaining! Only go here if you plan on going to Universal, otherwise you can be in for a long walk and that can be a bad thing if you're hungry!
