Hard Rock Live Orlando

Went here for a space migration concert and went tried to get out due to it being hot a guard pulls me out says that my eyes are red and accuses me of drinking and smoking I told them about my eye surgery I had 2 weeks prior to the concert and they evicted me and did not give me a refund will not be going to hard rock live ever again spreading to the artist that performed not to come back to this venue this was very disappointing.

Went to see the cast of "Impractical Jokers" last weekend and had a great time... Good venue to see a show... Drinks were a little pricey and apparently it depends on what bartender you go to as each one had a different price. They have snacks (hot dogs, pretzels etc.) for sale which was good because we were late and needed something to soak up the alcohol! There is Valet Parking at Universal,  which also is pricey, but worth it when you need to find your car after a long night! ... By the way... If anybody finds Larry... tell him I said, "Hi!"

I'm a newbie to this Hard Rock and wasn't familiar to exactly where it was.
SURPRISE!!!
You need to park in a garage, enter City Walk and walk all the way around City Walk to get to it! Whew! Not easy to do if you're handicapped. And City Walk only provides wheelchairs....no scooters. If I only knew ahead of time........
Anyway, Hard Rock rocks out!!!! It's just the right size to be able to see any show. There's not a bad seat in the house!
My problem was with Ticket Master as the tix I purchased online claimed to be accessible but it wasn't. Enter Hard Rock manager Chelsea to the rescue. She promptly made sure there was an accommodating seat for me.
It was a wonderful experience.
