I came here a few weeks ago. I didnt know what to expect since I had never been to a club in this area. It was 'Studio 54' night when I went. needless to say there were afro's, Giant Platform Shoes, and the Villiage People blaring throughout the place.
I wouldnt reccomend going when there is in event like this, the crowd was a little... aged. And the music didnt really vary.
But, the place is beautiful on the inside and on another night I am sure it is probably tons more fun.
We were on a list so we got right in... didnt even have to wait. (But, hey... anyone who actually lives in Miami knows that you dont really have to pay to get into a club) But we left relatively early due to the festivities...
All in all... it wasnt the best night, but we didnt know there was a 70's night going on. I'd reccomend it to anyone. I'd definitely go back.
Oh, and Valet is only like $5.
Have attended a couple of large corporate events here in the past few months. I have noticed that the space is being used more and more for pre screening parties and other such as Monarchy Saturdays -
This is a good venue, its location within Gulfstream park is convenient and safe. There is ample free parking and valet parking as well.
Inside, the place is spacious, with great bathroom facilites, plenty of elbow room and a large dance floor.
What strikes me the most is how versatile MI - VI is. It can dressed it up for a corporate event or change the whole feel for a party and it works well for everything.
