Whenever I visit Long Island, at some point my wife drags me over to the Bellport Factory Outlet Mall. Milano's Pizza is the highlight of my visit to the outlets. This little tiny pizza place has great tasting quality NY pizza, and a variety of selections and toppings for everyone!

Milanos resides in the dead bellport outlets. It has always had great pizza I especially liked the sesame seed crust. The taco slice is always something different. Main dishes are ok but avoid the gyros like the plague

Not bad for a pizza place in an outlet center.  I really liked their grandma slice and their salad pizza.  The prices are a bit much, but still rather tasty.

Recently came home for Christmas break, and have had a bit of a change of heart. I loved their tomato pizza (if you are skeptical, just try it). And of course, the unique crust that Milano has created. There are some pretty interesting slices here that are uncommon, so there's pretty much something for everyone.

For instance, all my boston friends gawked at me when I ordered the taco pizza, and I snubbed my nose at them and told them they were no longer allowed to have a piece. They stuck with cheese and grandma pizza and liked it just fine.

the pizza excels, in particular the salad and chicken parm pizzas.  prices are reasonable, staff is pleasant and the place is clean.  overall, beats most places.  and whattup with the bad reviews?  must be rival joints attempting to persuade viewers from patronizing this fine place.

Another good pizza place in the area. Milano's make a good slice and a very good prosciutto and fresh mozzarella sandwich. The only negative is their gyro... I have no clue what their gyro meat is but it is certainly not the typical lamb/beef mixture. their sauce was also not tzatziki.

As a local business manager in the Bellport area, i became a fan of the place after trying the other pizza places to service my business on busy days. I like the soft bread like crust as well as the wholesome cheese used in the pizzas. After a few pizzas from here, I went on to other dishes and salads where I met the same good quality time after time.

My only regret is that the place does not deliver. A few negative reviews didn't deter me because the proof is in every experience there. If this was rocket-science, there wouldn't be a pizza store in every shopping strip on Long Island.

In my opinion, Milano stands a few steps above the other nearby pizza places.

I was a little suprised to see such poor reviews.  We really enjoyed the pizza and service at this place, and pricing was fair.  Rice balls were awesome.  The crust was just right and some sesame seeds added a nice touch.  The woman who was working there cut the pizza up for my daughter and was super sweet.  I'd come back fo' sho!

I'm shocked to see such bad reviews. I used to work at the Gap Outlet, so I used to frequent here pretty often. Not to mention they gave a 10% mall discounts. Their Salad pizza was my favorite, so good. They put sesame seeds on the crust making it some of the best crust!  Another good slice they usually make on Mondays and Tuesdays is the garlic knot slice.

This place turned me onto honey mustard because i'd never trusted the stuff before. Thanks for being around, and thanks for the 10% discount

Pizza's pretty bad, but not the worst in the area (Ragtime Pizza in Brookhaven). The fries rule, though, and the gyros are pretty good besides the meat.

Avoid it.  The map is "hosed;" MIlano Pizza is located on the North Side of Sunrise Highway, in the Bellport Outlet Center, across from the new Home Depot   I guess that's how its gonna stay in business, guys eatin' lunchtime slices on a break while picking up materials, which is what brought me here.  Hard crust slices with no flavor, greasy and cardboardy.  I got two slices. .. . I was starvin', but I'm glad I didn't order a whole pie like I was considering .. . (Neapolitan pie special: $8.95 on Mon. and Tues.. .. .  reg. $10.50) because I couldn't even get through the crusts on what I had.  Features Greek guys yelling at each other at a sit-down counter.  Just not good.
