The last time we went they overcharged us without letting us know, my friend yelled at them and we were like...just let it go. Not even a month later we went again, and they fucking overcharged again!! The staff told us it's $30/hour when we went in and when we were paying the bill they said it's $35 instead and it must be all four of us, all four pairs of ears heard him wrong! What the fuck is wrong with these people's mind? We didn't put it up this time. If it's two times in a row there must be some problem with either their staff's ethics or the procedure, and how poorly the manager handled the situation was simply impressive. I don't know how they managed to exist for this long. We will definitely stop going here.
Review Source:My friends and I went on a random day just to avoid the rain and since I live right by the area, I figured why not. We got in and it was new to me as well that as much as we pay in the room, we can use that as credit to get food and drink as well. The food was alright and the overall experience was pretty good. However, the furniture, like the couches we sat on, had cracks and splits in the material and you could see the inside. Anyways, it was..."unique."
Decent music selection, most of us sang English songs, there is Chinese and Korean as well. I would say up to date for the most part with the songs and I can definitely appreciate that. Also some great oldies which left me quite satisfied haha
My friends and I enjoyed almost all of Monster..until the very end.
We didn't mind paying a little over 30+ because we stayed in the room for another hour, whatever. We left our money on the table and walked out, as we usually do at most KTV lounges, until all of a sudden as we're walking down the stairs, we get yelled at.
The waiter in our room was counting the money in our faces, and they were yelling at us that we didn't give enough tip. I was first shocked, because we gave more than enough tip, and then second, I became angry because the waiter then gave the money to some lady and she started screaming in my face.
I'm not very fond of people who yell in my face, so I snatched the money out of her hands, recounted it to her, and then gave it back to her showing that we had enough money. She shut up and my friends and I walked out the door.
That's what probably ruined it for me, but I'm sure there are other people who like this place.
