Very solid addition to the mexican food scene.  Burritos, tacos, tortas, tamales, etc.  I got a carne asada burrito and it was very fresh and not at all greasy.  The burrito was also huge.

I'm excited to go back & try some of the other offerings.

Everyone needs a cheap Mexican place in their neighborhood and Paco's is apparently the one assigned to me.

Friendly service, my food was cooked to order, ginormous burrito with everything I specified, cost less than $8.00.

I will be back.   (Because it is my locally assigned mexican place)

We got carryout from Paco's last night and it was a disaster. I ordered the enchiladas with sour cream sauce. I got two enchiladas covered in queso (not what I ordered), and by the time we got home (5 minutes later) the queso was already hardened. Needless to say, the meal was not good.
My boyfriend ordered a burrito bowl, which was much better than my meal, but it had cheese in it when he specifically asked for no cheese. The ingredients did look fresh and it was a good sized bowl.
Unfortunately, the next morning my boyfriend woke up with food poisoning. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

Located at the SW corner of 44th and Keystone.  Enter via 44th Street.  If the small parking lot North of the building is full, there are some parking spaces East of the building as you head to the car wash from 44th Street.

Open 10am to 10pm, Mon thru Sat. Closed Sun.

Like the previous reviewer said, VERY FRESH ingredients.  I got to choose what all went into my burrito.  The chicken was grilled to order, and was not sitting around. It was served in a little plastic basket with a paper liner.  Order and pay at the counter, and they call you up when your order is ready.  Self-serve plastic utensils, straws, and napkins.  Bottles and cans of soda are in a self-serve cooler.

Two kinds of creamy style salsa came with my burrito, in little plastic tubs.  The green one was very good.  The orange one was so bitingly spicey, EXCEEDINGLY HOT HOT HOT, and I used too much, that it overpowered my tongue, and took a while for the burn to wear off.  So use it SPARINGLY, just one tiny drop per large mouthful would be sufficient to experience its effects.

Very clean dining area, and clean unisex restroom.  There's a tv behind the counter, but too small to really watch.  Decor is nothing special, but at least the paint job was professional, and not a slap-dash job that you often see in hole-in-the-wall places.

Run by a cute young hispanic couple, and at least the wife is fluent in English.  Opened about three months ago, they said.

Prices are very good considering the quality of food.

They also serve breakfast, but don't open until 10 am, according to the sign.

Hopefully, this place will do well because I can't think of any other Mexican places in the vicinity.  If you're within a few minutes drive from here around meal-time, this is a worthy place to get lunch or supper.  If you were thinking of eating at the Qdoba at 74th and Keystone, come down here!

As you exit, if you need to turn left (North) onto Keystone from 44th Street, look to your left... the pedestrian crossing signal has a countdown timer, letting you know when the light will change.  It's a long light, and you might have to wait up to a minute to get a green light to turn North onto Keystone.

Paco's is a tiny little place across the street from Grady's Champion Deli, in a building that I think used to be Mr. Dan's Hamburgers.  The lot north of the building is also tiny, holding maybe eight cars if everyone parks carefully (they may have space south of the building as well).

I was introduced to their food at work; I'm not sure if they were promoting themselves to nearby businesses or someone had over-ordered for a meeting, but I got the first tamale of my life along with some tomatillo salsa that was not, as I'd thought, guacamole.  Surprise!  Yesterday I stopped for a chicken enchilada plate on my way downtown; besides the enchilada and cheese sauce, it came with refried beans and seasoned rice with corn.

I don't know anything about Mexican or Central American food, but this is made fresh (there were tomatillos simmering on the stove while I was there) and hot right in front of you, and I find it tasty.  Their menu is pretty limited, but I think this is a virtue considering how brand-new they are and the size of their space.  I'm definitely going to go back to try their other items and maybe get some more of that salsa.
