Potbelly Sandwich Shop

I'm a fan of Potbelly and so is my boyfriend, but he's had issues with delivery from this one.

Today was the third time the delivery guy arrived at my boyfriend's work without change. The order total was $14, and this already included a $3 delivery fee. My boyfriend had a $20 bill and was going to tip an extra $2, and AS USUAL, the delivery guy had no change.

BF: "If you send me another delivery guy without change on them, I will send him back and never order from you again. Sandwich was delicious though."

It sucks when you like a business/restaurant a lot and want to patronize and support them, and they just keep giving you reasons to never return :-(

Never again.. got a Chicken n' Cheddar today and even looking at it going through the line something seemed wrong. The cheese didn't even look melted. I decided, because I had eaten at Potbelly's a ton of times, that it was okay. So I paid and took it home.

     So I always smell food before eating it, for obvious reasons. I had even braved Taco bell 2 days before, and when I smelled this sub my body told me not to eat it, the meat was cold, and something was wrong with the cheese. I'm probably getting sick as we speak because I decided to eat it. The cheese must have been left out or something because the sub was disugsting and I will never be going back. Subway or Jimmy Johns, don't waste your time with a place that doesn't care.

The warm, gooey cheese and the great ingredients - I always also get the hot peppers - they make the sandwich!
