I've always been a big fan of Qdoba. It's essentially Chipotle, but Qdoba. I'm not picky, so I'm usually pleased with either. I do, however, obsess over Qdoba's chips and queso on a regular basis. If it wouldn't kill me, I'd eat it everyday. But I love my heart and arteries. Qdoba has a good selection of premium Mexican entrees. The breakfast burritos are large and incredible and makes for one of the most perfect breakfasts. I also really enjoy the queso grilled chicken or steak burrito with as much ingredients as can fit. Black beans, selections of salsa, cheese, and other fresh ingredients. The burritos are the size of footballs and are as heavy as small babies and are consistently delicious. I recently ordered a whole grain grilled chicken quesadilla and was very pleased with it. I don't think you can really go wrong when ordering something from a Qdoba restaurant, and this location is no different. There are a million bottles of Cholula hot sauce here on all the tables.
Review Source:I use Qdoba for catering for a club that I am a president of at school. They are expensive for catering, but do an amazing job. They come and set up all the equipment because they have special canisters to keep the food heated. It is always a hit with the group and it's tasty! :) Definitely recommend their catering.
Review Source:I love Qdoba and go once a week. I have only been to this location twice and I second the other reviews when saying that the customer service is extremely poor, and slow.
They are stingy with their servings. I was charged approx $1.69 for grilled veggies and got 6 pieces of squash (I counted!!). When I commented to the server that the serving size looked small, she just shrugged her shoulders and said "Oh well". I will NEVER go back here. I would rather go out of my way and drive to another location.
Consistently the WORST customer service. Employees have an attitude, are slow and take no pride in their job. The manager is lazy and sets a terrible example. He is also incredibly rude to you even after he's seen the type of service given by his employees. Save yourself the trouble and just GO TO ANOTHER Q'doba!!
Review Source:My favorite "faux-Mex" place. Â Even if it's to Mexican what Panda Express is to Chinese, that doesn't mean it's not worth 7 or 8 bucks once in a while. Â Even though the meat is pretty bland, the 3-queso burrito can really hit the spot, with liberal amounts of hot sauce, of which they have a variety. Â I'm also a fan of the breakfast burrito when I'm nursing a hangover (chorizo is MADE for hangovers, I'm convinced). Â The soups, in my opinion, are underrated and are mighty hearty.
Review Source:I never learn.  I thought I would give Qdoba another chance, wish I hadn't.  I ordered the chicken burrito with no rice, no beans, and fajita veggies.  Typical menu item.  The gentleman wrapping my burrito said "this looks like heart burn waiting to happen."  The girl next to him said "would you like some pepto to go?"  Are you serious?  The nice lady who made my burrito had her jaw  wide open in shock.  I should have just walked out.  Who does that?  I filled out the customer survey printed on my receipt.  I don't think I am ever going back here.
Review Source:Great Americanized (fake) Mexican food for the money!
Honestly, I've never had a bad meal or experience at this Qdoba, so I won't penalize it for being a chain. It's not super far from work, so I've stopped in as early as 7 AM and as late as 10:45 PM. While their staff is generally friendly, the modus operandi appears to be that efficiency is king; all else is secondary. This is OK, except that I often have difficulty communicating that: "no, I don't want that much pico de gallo."
As far as the food, it's fresh, good quality, very consistent, and definitely beats Taco Bell across the street. While no one is nominating them for the best meal in town (AFAIK), I do think they aim to provide a consistently high-quality, flavorful meal for about $8 -- which is what I expect, and what I get.
it was a big burrito with all the things i wanted, but tasteless, although Carolyn greeted us @ the door & was very friendly & suggestive sales too, this place is Almost impossible to get out of, it narrows down in one place to where (Well a big gurl could barely get though) Poor Fug sway
they do carry Cholula Hot Sauce!!
