this quiznos used to be good until new owners took over.
tried for the second time the other day, still bad experience. owner is rude. the first time she fought with me re: a discount coupon where you got a sub for free.
we thought after a year, maybe things had changed. so we tried again. this time i ordered a small angus, she (owner) made it, when the boy asked me what all sides or toppins i wanted on it, i said lettuce, tomatoes and a little of the parm cheese, she jumps over n front of him n says thats extra, i said how much, she said 99 cents, i said thats ok you can keep your cheese! it does not have a sign that says this one particular topping is extra or have a price on it. not on any sign? now wouldn't it be to her benefit to allow him to add a topping because its in with the other toppings rather than to not only lose a customer but get a bad review? i will not go back here, i think she acted like an idiot! again!
