    So disappointed!

I love Quizno subs and had a taste for one today!
I called in for delivery and the person speaking to me had a very thick accent so it was hard to communicate. I had to repeat my address twice, spelling out the name. (Btw its Birchwood.. Not that hard)
After being led on that I was going to recieve my lunch in a short time, I had gotten a phone call from Quiznos by another employee, who once again, asked what my address was... Okay... Bye.
5 minutes later i recieved another phone call from the same man telling me that my food could not be delivered because my address was out of the district. (Even though it was only 3 .5 miles away...)
Ok fine. Understandable except i wouldnt be so disappointed and more importantly, hungry, of the man spoke well enough English to get my address right the first time!

    So hungry! :(
(Yes im this upset that this all took place 20 mins ago)

I have fond memories of many evenings in college spent at the Quizno's then on campus at Otterbein College.  Two of my best guy friends happened to work at that Quizno's so it was always fun to hang out with them when they were working.  They even had our orders memorized.  Now fast forward two years later.

I got my good old stand-by the Honey Mustard Chicken.  It had less meat then I remember.  I also got a cup of the Broccoli Cheddaar soup which was decent.

I might go back but I'm not sure because there are so many other places to try in the neighborhood.

Went there today again and didn't have any problems. This Quizno's was clean and the service was fast. My order was accurate, fresh and delicious. Usually when I go in the people are very friendly. The guy there today was no different, he was really friendly.. and cute too, just another plus lol. This place is really good and they always have some deal going on... price is comparable to subway and other places. Would def recommend this place to anyone

This is by far the worst Quizno's I have ever been to in Chicago. Maybe in all the world.

Rude service by guys in street clothes who would rather talk on their blue tooth devices then talk to you. Clearly owned by a family who will send whatever family member is awake during that time period.

Oh by the way they are always out of...EVERYTHING. The bread you want, the sandwich you want, chips, no Coke the other day...COKE. Who doesn't have Coke?

It really sucks because I live down the street from this and it would be a great place to stop - if they actually had food.

I've never had good experiences with this particular Quizno's, but today was the worst. I ordered my overpriced veggie sub, paid for it, and then found out - after I asked, because they sure didn't tell me - that they were out of guacamole. Even though the guacamole is the most important item on this sub, and the only thing that differentiates it from the (cheaper) cheese sub, they charged me full price. That's like someone ordering a turkey sub, being OUT of turkey, and still charging them like they had gotten a real sandwich. Once I realized there was no guacamole, I complained about having paid full price - or having to take the sandwich at all. If they had told me from the outset that they were out of guac, I would have left and gone to Subway and paid half as much for the same sandwich. She kept offering to add stuff - salsa, pesto - as though those are the same as guacamole. THEY'RE NOT. If you would add them for free to another sub, they are not the same as guacamole. Whatever. After like five minutes of my attempting to get a refund or AT LEAST a discount, she finally threw in one of their cookies (which are definitely not worth guacamole), and said she'd give me a 10% discount next time. There will not be a next time. See ya later, Damen Quizno's.

I enjoy me some Quiznos. It's not my fav sub place, but when I want a 'mmm toasty' sub, I like to go there.

However this location - S-U-C-K-S! They skimp on the sandwiches. I got bread that was old and was barely toasted. Plus, they don't even have my beloved Quiznos iced tea.

Never going back to this location.

I'm done with this quiznos. I work close by so they ususally serve my whole office.  3 months ago I had moldy cheese in my salad!!! I took it back and didnt make a big deal. I've gone back and they make sure to get it right....But today My salad was BROWN! Won't be going there anymore. They 2 stars for effort.

UPDATE!! They have made huge cut backs. WTF happened to my pita bread with the salad. It went from a whole pita to half, and it shrunk! This place just got bumped to 1 start. I can't believe I went back even after the moldy cheese.

I ordered from the Ravenswood location online.  Simple order- 2 Classic Subs with gotta-pay-extra bread.

The subs arrived in a SMALLER SIZE, skimpy- ONE SLICE OF MEAT ON EACH HALF!!!- NO CHEESE and COLD/MUSHY!!

    What a FLIPPING WASTE!!

PB & J would've been better.  You people should never be allowed to associate yourself woth Quiznos.

With delivery & tax- not to mention these subs were over $7. each- I would say:

SCREW QUIZNOS, get FULL and not ripped off:  GO TO SUBWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been here a few times.  On the weekends the two young guys that work together tend to put away the condiments earlier than normal so they can make a quick get away.  Awesome for them but not for me that loves to snack on some banana peppers and jalapenos while devouring a tasty torpedo.  Nice location.

I've been to this Quizno's location many times before and have enjoyed their sandwiches (a 4 star sandwich, I would say). My son was not a Quizno's fan, but saw a billboard for the new "Torpedo" sandwich for $4 each. So we gave it a try. I was not very impressed with this sandwich. It looks like a torpedo, long and thin. But it is very thin on both meat and veggies, and consquently, taste.
So sorry Quizno's, but you've moved down the ladder to 3 stars for me, and are barely hanging on to it.

There is a full-on love affair going on between me and Quizno's.  Ah geez Yelp, I'm already salivating.

When I lived in Uptown I would make my way to this location fairly regularly.  The guy who (I think) owns it is very friendly.  I've never had a problem with this location.  They always have plenty of pickles and honey mustard ready for me and are more generous than some other places with the toppings.

Seating is a bit limited, but I always get my stuff to-go so it's never been an issue to me.

    Standard-issue Quizno's fare.

This location seems a little frazzled at lunch time, and this has led to confusion as to which sandwich belongs to which person.  Amusing to watch, unless they are handing your grub off to someone else.

Seating is limited, and with its south-western exposure, it gets hot in there later in the day.

Service isn't particularly friendly, but they are efficient at ringing you up and getting you out the door.
