  Rusty's/Tommy's Tavern is a p e r f e c t dive bar, it's brilliant. Beer is cold and there's plenty of different kinds, the staff is friendly and likeable and the food is pretty decent for pub grub. I totally recommend the tavern.

  The waitress was awful. If I wasn't programmed to tip, she would've gotten nothing from me. She gave us plenty of attitude, long waits for drinks and ordering and we had to hunt her down to get the check. There were only two other tables ordering food so there was really no excuse.
  
  The back patio is NOT a dining area. They'll eventually serve you food out there but it's really the smoking area for the staff and regulars. It was so bad we cut our dinner short to escape before we got cancer sitting there.
  
  The speakers on the patio blared random radio stations and partial songs. The volume was all over the place and at some points got so loud none of us out there had a chance of carrying on a conversation over the snippets of songs and commercials.
  
  I also question the entire group of gals and guys in the back of the bar. They all looked about 18 or 19. They had their Sunday best on and lots of make up in an effort to look older. They even did the pre-entry get-your-story-straight pow-wow within earshot of the patio before going in the bar....didn't work. Or, I guess it did since they were served the entire time we were there.
  
  One star because Yelp doesn't allow no stars and for the poor solo guy in the kitchen. My friend and I watched him bust his hump to get decent food out of the kitchen. We had the opportunity to observe during our hunt and wait for the check. Awesome.

  Rusty's is hopping. The menu is extensive, lots of half-pound burgers and chicken sandwiches, a few salads and assorted extras. The management is friendly.

  The food here is very tasty. Although when I went here, it took quite a while for our food to come and it wasnt very hot either. Depsite those things, the food was good and dessert was even better. I only tried a little of the dessert because I was so full from dinner, but I advise that people save room for dessert.
