Finding a quick, healthy alternative to fast food can be a challenge while doing a little shopping at the Mall of America. Out of the vast variety of unhealthy choices like Burger King, Dairy Queen, Taco Bell, Long John Silver's, and Sbarro's, Salad Fusion seemed like my best option. The food is a mix between Thai, Japanese, Italian, and Southwestern. Perfect for someone who likes a little bit of everything. There were many salad and sushi options, but I needed something a little more hearty. I went with the chicken salad wrap. It was a  mixture of greens, chicken, carrots, tomatoes, and fresh ginger dressing wrapped in a thin tortilla. The dressing was the secret ingredient that blended the flavors and kept the wrap from being bland. There were also Asian sodas and canned iced green tea direct from China. I enjoyed my meal as much as my dining companions munching on gyro sandwich's with french fries, but didn't have to worry about the health factors involved with eating mall food.
