I ordered the chicken Alfredo and the meat lovers pizza, takeout. They were both incredibly dry. My pizza was burnt so badly that half the meat on it was inedible. The pasta looked like the only ingredient on it was butter. I'll never go here again.

I do not consider myself a pizza connoisseur, but I do treat myself to pizza about twice a month, and this is one of my favorites. The pizza is not overly greasy. The sauce has a kind of sweet taste. The thin crust has a light crunchiness like baked on cheese, which I consider a signature of theirs. Now there are places in Chicago with better pizza, but for NWI this place has great pizza for a reasonable price. Their pasta and sit-down restaurant are pretty good too.

First of all, how can u be a hater of a place that throws so many good deals out there?

I've dined in 3x now and never had "bad" service.  That said, I can tell they aren't paying top dollar for service talent...but at least they're nice ppl.  Besides, if dining in ain't your thing, they offer a drive-thru pick-up window!

As for the food, the pizza is well designed.  Alot of effort goes into making sure it's an excellent product.  Haven't tried the Alfredo sauce version yet, but std thin and pan styles r a staple for my family.

We've done some sammies and panini's and I won't complain about them.  The fries, on the other hand, should be considered uninspired at best.  Good thing u can sub soup or salad for the same price when dining in.  Also, the ribs are a solidly cooked B- offering and this place has very fresh salads.

In closing, I've lived here for 6 months and this place continues to combine atmosphere, food quality, value and accessibilty enuf to grab a consistent A- score from me.  Just please, if the owners r reading this, I'll bet most will gladly wait longer for fries that r cooked, cooled then cooked again for optimal crispines.  U could even keep the same supplier but fresh cut would be awesome!!

On our recent trip to visit family and friends in the Illinois/Indiana area, a bunch of us went out to Sanfratello's Pizza in Highland, IN. My aunt, uncle, and cousins live nearby, so it made sense. We had a rather large party, but from the looks of the dining area, there were several other large parties that night as well. We totally understood that it was a Friday night and that the place was packed, but they told us it would be about 20 minutes. We ended up waiting about an hour and 15 minutes...

The service was decent considering how busy the place was, but the waiter brought out our pitcher of beer with WARM glasses. Now, they should be chilled or at least room temperature... but these glasses were toasty! We weren't happy with that, so we asked for a cup of ice water (to use the ice cubes and cool our beer glasses off). The waiter brought one cup of water. Whatever, it worked for us since there was enough ice to go around.

The appetizers were decent, nothing spectacular. The pizza was okay, but not exactly memorable in my opinion. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it wasn't great either. As Yelp says about my rating: "Meh. I've experienced better."

It's pretty good.  I'm rather picky when it comes to my pizza and I definitely enjoyed this place.  As for me, I like them, but they did screw up my friend's order on more than one occasion.... yikes, he has a temper!

Sanfrantellos has pretty good pizza, but every time I go to this location, the service sucks and I remember why I don't come here often.  They are never very busy and the food will frequently take over an hour to come out, which is outrageous considering the fact that I'm just getting a thin crust pizza.  I would much rather go to Aurelio's in Homewood, the pizza is way better and more worth the price.

I'd say this is the best pizza you can get in the region. Hand tossed individual pizzas with fresh toppings make my day. Toss in a huge salad and sody pop for $8 and I'm set for 2 days of good lunchin'. They have other Italian fare as well, but haven't tried anything else yet.

Sanfrantello's started in an old house in Glenwood, IL and we used to hang there in high school - a bazillion years ago. The Highland location is a nice, open restaurant and we had a group event in the room in back. The staff was great and the food a bargain for $10.95 per person. It included all you can eat munchies, salad, pizza and nonalcoholic beverages. Beer and wine was extra but reasonably priced.

The pizza is good - thin and crisp with lots of toppings. The antipasto salad has tons of meat and veggies on it.

Sanfrantello's is a good choice in this neighborhood.
