While the staff and the service was acceptable at best it was not exciting. The food is overpriced for the quality. The artichoke dip was runny and bland. The french onion soup had zero flavor. Both our steaks were undercooked and undered seasoned. The most horrific thing was when the table next to us found a bug in their drink. At that point we just wanted to get out. Paid our overpriced bill and left to never return. I strongly suggest you find another restaurant to spend your money at.
Review Source:This was our fourth visit to Theo's. Â My wife asked if she could substitute grilled vegetables for a potato and was told she could. Â Her entree arrived with vegetables on the plate and a large side dish of vegetables. Â I asked for bleu cheese on my salad. Â All was fine, excellent service, until the bill came. Â We were charged $2.50 for the grilled vegetables and .75 cents for the bleu cheese. Â Not the end of the world, but we felt we should have been told what would be extra. Our server said the computer won't accept the switch from potato to vegetable. Fine, but we should have been told.
Having said that, we will probably go back.
