I love this place!!! This is one of the only places in the area that has real Italian food. Â The ambiance is fantastic - you walk in and immediately feel at home. Â I personally love the alfredo sauce they use on their pasta and I also really enjoy the zucchini sticks. Â The caesar salad is also to die for. The bread is always fresh and it is always just really good!!
Review Source:My step son made the reservations for my wife birthday dinner here
I was impressed with the great service and attention everyone is given
Our table was ready and waiting for us, there was 12 of us including 3 kids.
The bread was excellent !!
We ordered a hot and cold  antipasto which was excellent enough for everyone to have a taste.
My main course was the Calamari Marinara  the portion was incredible
More an enough for any adult, and all of the other main courses on the table were the same, very large. There were around 10-15 specials for the day and was told if there is anything we wanted they would make it!!
I ended up with a Cappuccino  which was one of the best I ever had!!
And the Coconut Sorbet which was another excellent choice .
I actually tried the Peach and Lemon which others in my family ordered which was awesome too.
The only negative was the restrooms were in the same entrance as the kitchen doors which made it difficult to navigate with e waiter staff and busboys.
I must've made a wrong turn off the Saw Mill, because from where I ate, it was like I was transported to an Italian trattoria...
Came here with a co-worker for lunch and I have to say the food and ambiance really appealed to me.
Ambiance.. Â The place pulsates old world Italy. Â
Food... Â We had clams Oreginato (which was nice) but my main dish (Shrimp fra diavolo) was delicious. Â
Service.. Â Attentive without being overbearing.
I'll definitely come back for lunch
I've been here a few times when in NY. Each time is just as good! My latest venture, I had the tortellini with meat sauce. It was so good, I'm still thinking about it. Ordering a cappuccino after was a great ending. Theres love baked in the dish as well as in the cappuccino as it came with a cute chocolate flower design. Extra points when they serve rock candy to stir in! I'll definitely be back!
Review Source:Have been to Scaramella's a number of times and have never had a bad meal there. Â While I find the atmosphere a bit too formal, I am comfortable there in jeans and a nice shirt. The food is a 4+/5 and the portions are generous. Pastas, seafood, and specials are terrific. The place always seems to be full and I understand why given the exceptional quality of the food. Go. You will not be disappointed.
Review Source:Blew in at around 5pm EST when the parking lot was empty, and so was the dining room. Â
The place was uber comfortable. Â My server was like 60, with a real NY attitude. Â "Do you have a wine by the glass menu"? Â Nope.....but he's got a Pinot Grigio, a Chardonnay and a Sauvignon Blanc.
Mozarella Caprese followed by Sole Meuniere. Â Delicious.
The place began to fill up, and I was on my way. Â A great meal- Â lovely interior.
