I was visiting the Four Seasons today with one of their representatives, Kristen. We were looking at all the different rooms and suites for an upcoming event at my work- and we had lunch at Seasons Cafe afterward.

First, the room is lovely with lovely views from the windows.  They had a large enough menu, and they also had a Mediterranean Buffet today. We went for the Mediterranean buffet.  I also ordered a berry tea- and they brought me a huge carafe of the tea! It was delish.

The buffet was very yummy, and especially the soup and fresh baked pretzel roll with the soup.  I'm a sucker for carbs.  And after we were 99% full, we headed to the dessert section of the buffet and had fresh berries with house whipped cream, and tiramisou. Coffee with that.

Our waiter was very good, attentive, and each time we got up, he folded our napkins and had them waiting on the arms of our chairs.  Nice touch.  The place was definitely not crowded, but filled more from 12-1.  And don't come here expecting to be out in 30 minutes.  I think we spent about 1hr 15.  Kristen is such good company, and a great representative of the hotel.  If you have any event coming up at Four Seasons or the Ritz Carlton, ask for her!

This is a review of the Seasons Cafe, to be differentiated from the Seasons Restaurant (where brunch is served) and the Seasons Bar (which speaks for itself).

The food was good, but the service was lackluster. Not to be a jerk about it, but when I pay $19 for a croque monsieur I demand to be treated like the kind of rich asshole who pays $19 for a ham & cheese sandwich.
