To the greedy losers who are suing Shuckers over a bruise or scratch, shame on you! Have them replace anything that was lost or damaged in the water or any NECESSARY medical bills and be done with it. It's losers like you who cost ALL of us money. Business and insurance pay outs aren't free money. It raises everyone's rates and puts people put of business. I saw a blood suckng attorney at Lou's Beer Garden taking photos of a quarter sized bruise on a man's leg. He was one of the "victims" at Shuckers. This man said that his only damage was the loss of his iPhone and a tiny bruise. The attorney is representing eleven of the "victims" and is asking for $50k plus for each. Really asshole?! $50k for a god damn bruise and cell phone?

I almost had my leg torn off by my neighbor's dog as a child. I was in severe pain, and had many stitches. My father didn't sue our neighbor. He told me that I should have known better to go in their yard since it was a vicious dog and to shake it off.

Your behavior borders on criminality. Man up, shake it off and don't be a pussy. I would be embarrassed to ask for anything more than my actual damages.

Miami losers. Get a job!

**Plus, anyone who's willing to go to that white trash shithole deserves to be swimming in the bay with a plastic chair floating on top of them.

**One other thing. If you losers think that an insurance company is going to pay out tens of thousands of dollars for a scratch, bruise or ruined clothes, you are sadly mistaken. They will pay a nominal nuisance settlement. Not one of my attorney friends would even take the case, but I guess we roll a bit differently. ..and the attorney at Lou's had this dimwit sign a contract giving him 40% of the settlement. Any real attorney takes 33% if it settles before trial and 40% if it goes to trial. The attorneys here are even taking advantage of their clients.

***Another thing. To prove lost wages or future lost wages at trial because of a broken arm, the Plaintiff will have to pay an economist and medical specialists/expert witnesses. The last economist/expert witness we hired for a trial cost our client $10k. We had to fly him in from Massachusetts. It's not as simple as you losers think.

A few pitchers of Shock Top on the deck is all I need to get to my happy place.  Service is friendly and the view/atmosphere is perfection.  The food is decent but nothing memorable.

This is one place where I always enjoy bringing friends from out of town.  Great view, quality food, and nice location.  They have a good number of TVs visible from the indoor part and show a good variety of programming.  The beer pricing is a little high, but you're paying for a great view and a nice place to drink--I've come to accept that.  However, it's the service and the portion-size that keep it from being 5 stars for me.  While the servers are nice, they frequently go missing for long periods of time.  I'm not saying this from one experience--I've been there at least 30 times.  Definite tendency that has only slightly improved over the years.  Overall, though, one should consider this as a great place to hang out, whether it's for sports or just hanging out with a group of friends.
