The Silver Spoon

Ive had breakfast at this place twice now. The rosemary potatoes and the apple jam they put on the waffles were fantastic! Good coffee but for being so environmentally conscious about their menu items, no soy for my coffee was a bummer. Service was prompt, both times.

Great atmosphere, great healthy food, and great people!  I've read the reviews and some surprise me. I just don't know what's not to like at this place.  Highly recommended.

Just got back from there--went out for a dinner date and, well, the underwhelm started with the martini and extended through the food.  The seared tuna came out cold; the steak was so-so, and the creme brulee ... tasted as if someone needs to review the list of ingredients (as in:  Vanilla pudding mixed with whipped cream or something like that).  I really really wanted to like the place; the decor is really beautiful.  The food, sadly, wasn't.  Not going back.
