Another of the many places that reside within 200 feet of the spot I've worked for the last 8 years. Â I would say I've eaten a Hilltop salad with chicken, no cheese from here at least 2 days a week for last 4 years. Â But mostly because its one of the easiest and best options for healthy food in an area almost completely lacking in them.
Insider tip: Maria makes the best salads. Â Generally she is the woman on the left if you are looking at the salad station. Â She is also the nicest. Â If ordering from either of the other girls, I would recommend asking for one scoop of dressing (or light on the dressing) or you'll be drinking a sugary salad shake by the end.
Had read online via vegan forums that I would be able to get a pizza there made up without cheese. Walked all the way there, but it turns out they won't make me one. The guy lazily pointed to the already made pizzas that have been sitting there all day waiting to go in and couldn't be bothered to go into the back, take one minute, and ask the kitchen to make one without cheese. Not vegan-friendly, and actually pretty bad service in general.

This can be a hit or miss depending on what you get. The salads and sandwiches are really good. However , the pasta sounds like it will be good, but is only mediocre. Same for the pizza.
For a lunch place it isn't the cheapest but it isn't outrageous either. Is gets really busy a little after noon so I recommending going at 11:30 or 1:00. There is a lot of seating but fills up quick (a little out door seating when good weather)
And if its the fall, seriously you need to try the pumpkin cream cheese rolls (they are by the drinks)
