I regret having to give specialties a 2 star rating, because they do have a great product, the service is just TERRIBLE.

It seems like they can't get their lunch routine down.  I've had a few instances where they've taken 20+ minutes to complete my order for lunch, only to find once I return to work that they've screwed up my order.  Which is the worst!!!

Great food, awful service.  Only go if you can afford to wait for 20+ minutes during lunch for your food.

My firm orders from Specialty often because its such a big hit.  If you are a sammy kinda person, theirs are pretty hard to beat....especially their club which is piled so high with meats and cheeses and vegetables, you cant get it in your mouth.  Awesome hot sandwiches, salads and killer cookies too.  They really should not be missed.

I don't eat here very often, because their menu isn't very gluten free friendly, but every once in a while I'll pick up a salad or soup. They are very helpful in looking up the ingredients for me when I'm interested in a soup that sounds like it could be safe. The Chickpea Bacon is where it's at!

The online ordering with pickup is awesome. I can customize my meal (add/remove ingredients) and get a text message when it's ready and just walk across the street and grab my bag from the shelf and go, which it great when it's packed in there.
