From my 2 year old daughter's perspective, the place was perfectly fine. Digestible food and lots of games in the arcade were pretty much her only qualifiers for a good restaurant experience. For my wife and I, however, this business hadn't met our admittedly more stringent expectations. The pizza was actually the best thing on the buffet, but that isn't saying much, given the cafeteria-style fare otherwise offered. To put it simply, my wife and I had a coupon to eat there for free, which we gave away to someone else. If you literally can't give your product away, that should be a red flag.
