Well it's the Tabernacle. Most likely you know of it or know someone who's been there so there's no surprises. I mean unless you go to a comedy show. We were lucky enough to get 4th row at Dave Chapplle. Dave was amazing. The seats on the floor were odd and cramped. You get to know the person next to you that's for sure. The Tab is nice, it's convenient and surrounded by good spots within walking distance.
Get there early, get a good parking spot right across the street from the venue for about $10 and walk a few blocks to pre game and eat. It's worth it because drink prices are very high and selection is limited but that's par for the course at most of the venues around Atlanta like the Tab.
It's the Tab, you're gonna go to see the acts and jet as fast as possible but at least it's not as dirty as the Masquerade.
Absolutely loved this venue. It's gorgeous, and the sound is spectacular. There's really no such thing as a bad seat in this place. I saw a band I really liked and loved that I was able to choose whether to stand (downstairs) or that there were theatre-style chairs on level 2 and 3 (and plenty of them)! They actually have several small bars and food, which is ever awesomer. I really look forward to seeing other shows here -- bravo!
