I've been here once and it was several months ago but couldn't remember the name because I went with a client at his suggestion. I loved this place. It has great ambiance, it's classy but still down to earth. You have a variety of people there ranging from the service industry to corporate professionals maybe even executive. I went on a Thursday and it was quite a few people in there. They had good drinks, I enjoyed the music and kept eyeing the dance floor and all of the sudden, I had an epiphany, I can't dance. LOL. Anyway, I enjoyed, definitely recommend and will be going back back.
Review Source:My bf and I had a friend in town from back home (Palm Beach, FL) & on his last night we decided we wanted to go somewhere in town. We both (me and my bf) searched Yelp and the web and decided to go Halo. When I walked up to the door they were blasting Gucci, plus plus plus. I was free, my bf and our friend had to pay $10 each. As we walk in the first thing that hits you is the HEAT! I mean dang, no AC?? Is it broken or are y'all just rude? Luckily for me I was dressed in shorts so I wasn't too hot, but I felt bad for my dude and our friend because they were both wearing long sleeve shirts and pants. Anyway, the place is DEAD.. Maybe, 20-40 TOPS. And we got there pretty late.. (if I'm remembering correctly). So we walk up to the bar, I get Kettle One and Diet (can't remember how much) and my bf and our friend, get Long Islands, the bartender asks if they want Top Shelf, they say yea.. They were $15 each, but they both agreed that they were STRONG. We stayed for one drink and bounced (WAY TOO HOT).. ended up going to Hand in Hand. Overall it was okay. I would go there again, maybe, as a joke. The three of us were the only white people.. we didn't care, we were getting a kick out of it. Some dude came up and gave my bf and our friend a compliment on their "swag" hahaha. I will say this though, awesome music and cheap strong drinks.. not bad.. if you're into that kinda thing.
