First off, the restaurant has a good amount of street parking in front of it, so no need to stress about that.
The waitress was extremely sweet. She put up with my indecision and recommended some great dishes. The food took a bit longer than I would have liked, but then again I was extremely hungry. When the food did arrive, it had good proportions of fish to rice. Neither overpowered the other.
The restaurant is BYOB, but there is a liquor store around the corner so it was fine. The food from the salads to the fish is extremely fresh. I asked the waitress about this, and she said the head chef goes out to get fresh produce every day while the restaurant has fish delivered from the fish market every morning. I was really impressed by the great lengths the restaurant goes to to guarantee fresh ingredients.
By the way, for those who are wondering what the prices are like, below is a link to their menu. I am not sure if it is up to date, but it gives you an idea of what the prices are like.

P.S. If you take a business card or menu, the cute little cartoon chef in the front is the owner. He apparently drew it himself since he used to be a mangaka.
I told them that I needed a gluten free meal, and they did  a wonderful job, preparing a dish for two.  It was the first time I had eaten sushi, and they did a great job.  It was delicious and new, and I didn't get sick afterward.  I will definitely go back.  Thanks!  Especially one who is highly allergic to gluten!
