ZERO STARS but had to put one!. Went inside there for drinks on a Saturday night about a month ago. We came from a wedding (dressed up) and it wasn't busy. Took 20 minutes for someone to clean our table and bring a menu. The waitress never came back. A manager came right after she cleaned the table to see if we needed assistance but thought the waitress would come back. Another 20 minutes and no one came to get our order. We left. Told the door person when leaving that we had great service (well really none) for the 40min we sat there. My friend emailed the restaurant twice explaining the poor service and got no reply back. WOULD NEVER GO BACK nor Recommend it!!!
Review Source:First, let me start by saying that there is nothing particularly wrong with this place. It's a beautiful establishment and a nice place to dine. The service was standard, the food was mediocre at best, neither of which I expected for the prices. I got the Penne alla Vodka and a panini to take home to my man for dinner. Both of the dishes were rather simple, so I had high expectations. Both of us agreed that we have had better Italian cuisine out of freezer bags. To sum it up, if you're looking to dine at a place that offers a nice atmosphere, this is your spot! However, if you are looking for fabulous Italian food, I would recommend not disappointing yourself with dining here.
Review Source:I've been to Teca in the past, but have been there twice this summer (so far) and it's even better than I remember. The servers are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the food and beer selections are a level above your typical Borough fare. It's the perfect place to enjoy a longer, leisurely meal with a group (so you can share more items from their menu!) or a quiet meal with a close friend or date.
