OK, so it's a chain and I avoid chains, usually, but this is one of the better ones in the chain. It's clean, well managed and offers a good indoor as well as outdoor seating and, being located at the far south end of a strip mall, plenty of places to park safely so that you don't have to experience cramped areas where others are inclined to open their car doors into the side of yours leaving you with those nasty little dings, dents or chips.
For food, though I generally prefer seafood, I stay away from it because as with all chains they love to over cook it, so I generally go for their meats, particularly their "flat iron" cuts of steak which, unlike other TGI Friday's seem to be able to prepare (medium rare to the rare side) exactly the way I order them. Also, for meats they have some interesting topping sauces such as their bourbon.
