I like Friday's.. truly I do!
Yes.. I realize they are a "chain" but honestly I think they are
one of the better/more solid chains out there.
Friday's has a pretty extensive menu.. not as extensive as the
Cheesecake Factory's because Lord Knows that one's as
big as a book but Friday's is large enough with many different
options to choose from.
But for me the only options I want are the ones listed under
their Jack Daniel's part of the menu because all of these menu
items are always consistent and delicious.
The Jack Daniel's sauce is pretty incredible.. just so good!
And.. for dessert Friday's has this vanilla bean cheesecake
which was pretty phenominal.. even on the scale of comparing to my
favorite banana cream cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory.
Granted once my friend Linda and I had 1 glass of wine for her and
a Miller Lite for me, A very great pretzel stick appetizer, 2 entree's
and.. 1 piece of cheesecake that we shared our bill was $56.00
before tip..
Still.. I think these are fair menu prices.
So.. I like Friday's, they are comfortable and casual, they have
a nice staff of people working there and they have Jack Daniel's
and Cheesecake.
What more could I ask for?
The service here is always great. Â The hosts and hostesses open the door to greet you and say goodbye. Â The manager always stops by at least once to check and make sure your meal is ok. Â He stopped twice last night. Â
The potato skins are irregular at this location for some reason, including last night. Â I wish they would perfect them here because I love their potato skins. Â The korean steak tacos and Jack Daniels Whiskey Cake made up for it though. Â Both were absolutely amazing so I hope they are never taken off the menu.
Their beverages are always good too. Â In honor of Mardi Gras, our server suggested an Asita Beer called Purple Haze. Â Delicious and hope to try it again very soon. Â Their Blackberry Long Island is yummy too.
Eh so so. I will say I had the blue cheese burger and it wasn't to bad. Although this place on a Friday night is loud and being seated by the kitchen is double the noise. Its TGI Friday's nothing special The prices are just to high for the quality of food you get. I notice most places are cutting back in quality because of the economy so really who is to blame. Our server was great she was quick and very friendly. all in all its ok I don't come here that often, i believe i was here maybe twice in 2012 and once this year because we got some gift cards for Christmas. If i had to spend my own money I would go elsewhere.
