Townhouse Restaurant & Wine Bar

Ate the burger w/ ice cold sweet potato fries.  Got food poisoning for 36 hrs from the burger.

Townhouse is a glass fishbowl esc lunch / happy hour hotspot in the loop.

The good:

Pretty healthy and top notch food options
Location is good for me (Willis Tower)
Have yet to not get a seat

The bad:

Loud Loud LOUD - This place needs something fiborous to absorb some of the noise. So, plan to shout at your lunch mate in order to carry on a conversation.
Small, so reservations are HIGHLY recommended even just for lunch!

The Ugly:

It has never gotten ugly there....so that is why I am A-OK with this place!

Solid lunch spot. Definitely not my favorite spot, but a good place to go for a sitdown work lunch. The grilled salmon salad is amazing. It comes with a huge 6 oz piece of salmon on top of baby spinach and sliced almonds. It's served with a honey mustard vinaigrette that's delicious. The sweet potato fries are also really good. The other salads I've had here have been good, but nothing special. The service is a little lack luster. The servers are nice, but not particularly attentive. I like the decor, but I'm always freezing in there in the winter thanks to the huge glass wall lining the restaurant.  Not my favorite lunch spot, but not the worst.
