Good atmosphere and wonderful food.  Their hot and sour soup is delicious if you like spicy. We usually only order things "medium" level hot there though and I LOVE spicy food. I don't know if I dare try their "hot" level since their medium usually is hot enough for me. Just a tip.

    Best in town! (Vegetarian/Vegan options!)

I've been going there for about 20 years so I feel I can give an in depth review:
Great family ran restaurant (the way it should be) Staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Open pretty late, nice family atmosphere. Now on to the food:
I've been enjoying this place since childhood from an omnivore to vegetarian to vegan:

I remember their meat dishes being pretty good, comparable to most other Chinese restaurants. REALLY cheap lunch specials

Vegetarian: This was my favorite place to go as a vegetarian. - Their egg flower soup is made from vegetable broth instead of chicken (try finding that anywhere else), - Their egg rolls are epic, more like a veggie empanada than an eggroll it could fill you up by itself. - Their vegetable egg-foo young was my favorite dish, the veggies are chopped to order (mmm pea pods) and you get 3 super huge patties for super cheap (I think it was like $6) smothered in a super tasty vegetarian gravy.

Vegan: They are very knowledgeable on the lifestyle and are very accommodating, just let them know and ask questions. - Their vegetable soup is huge, with freshly chopped veggies and great flavor. - Okay here's where it gets serious, three & a half words: SWEET & SOUR TOFU! By far the best tofu dish in town, the tofu is actually crispy on the outside & soft inside, most other restaurants struggle mightily trying to cook or deep fry tofu, they actually know how to do it here. Their sweet and sour sauce is not the corn syrupy crud you think of as the norm. It's like the old school kind that used to be made, I think with real sugar and garlic. Best s&s in town. They caramelize the tofu in the sauce with veggies and serve the heaping portion (like a  pound) along with rice for only $8.50! An amazing dish, and all my meat eating friends/fam agree.

Of course when you go to a restaurant for this long you see the bad as well. Not much can be said here but I notice the reviews about consistency and can agree: They have a main cook who is amazing, a true artist, and they have 2 or 3 other cooks that are good at certain dishes but don't have the all-around skills of the main chef. He seems to always be there though, they just cover for him I think one day a week or right near when they open or close.  - I'm not to fond of their noodle dishes due to the stringy noodles themselves. - Also, an extra side of steamed rice is $3.50 which seems steep. - The only other con I can think of is their water glasses are small so prepare to ask them to leave the pitcher.

Oh I almost forgot their hot oil! Best in town. I usually laugh at most places hot sauce/chilli sauce because I have no spice limit, but theirs is super spicy just the way I like it. - Also, sports on the TV =)

Vegetarians & vegans rejoice, this is the esoteric Chinese food haven you've been searching for. Overall much better than Lotus Garden, just not as many options =)

Twin Dragon is the best Chinese food I have found in Eugene.  I grew up in Hawaii eating authentic Asian foods and this place is close when you order the correct food. If you eat Americanized Chinese such as sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and order that here you may be disappointed, however, if you order off the authentic Chinese menu you may be pleased and surprised. There are also a few items not on the menu that can be found on the white board.
This place is family run and they are really friendly. Occasionally there children will be there in the seating area watching TV or playing on a computer. This does not bother me the least bit since the food is so good, however, you should know what you are getting into.
