Nice, simple sandwich in the Vietnamese-baguette style.  There is only one vegetarian option (simply called 'The Vegetarian') but the sandwiches only vary in the protein, so I feel pretty comfortable saying that they are all essentially the same taste-wise.

For only 5 bucks you get a decent size sandwich that is made to order.  A really nice taste with just a little bit of spice--but not boring or bland at all.  I'd happily eat this sandwich again and again.

Say hi to Bryson, owner and chef, and enjoy the simplicity of the offerings.  Really can't go wrong with any of the protein choices, but it's fun to experiment with the specials like spam or the all-beef hot dog every once in awhile.  The regular Veggie option with soy curls and mushroom pate is quickly becoming my go-to.  The bread is the perfect amount of crustiness....something I notice every time.
