Ukraina Deli

I recently visited family in Ukraine, and I can't stop smiling knowing that there is a little tiny piece of it here where I live.
I let my husband do all the talking- even though I know the ladies that work there are bilingual, it's more fun to pretend I'm back there, hearing nothing in english.  
Anyway, I like their selection, and everything I've bought there I've thoroughly enjoyed.
This is a good place to go and just pretend for a second you are on the other side of the world.

C'mon!  How do you NOT like a truly genuine Ukrainian Deli??  This is such a great addition to our neighborhood.  They've got good sausages, cheeses, salamis, dry goods and fruit juices. AND... now, even a fine selection of funky foreign beers.  The have home cooked deli items that are super good...their customer service is excellent.  Although I am not from The Ukrain, it feels like home going in there.  When you go, you have to try the Chocolate ice cream sandwich, Ukie style!!

A fantastic selection of items which, to an American, seem really quite bizarre and wonderful.
And please don't go into a place called "Ukraina" and complain about the service; it goes with the territory.
