Virginia's Cafe Vivaldi

If you want great Italian food, then look no further than Virginia's Cafe Vivaldi; just don't expect anything fancy in decor.  Virginia is the cook and depending on the time of day, the waitstaff as well.  She is a character and you'll fall in love with her and her cooking.  While the decor certainly could use updating, the food is perfection.  Her lasagna is the real deal, not the typical heavy ricotta induced coma American style.  Her cheesecake is also stellar - light and fluffy.  Prices are a bargain.
