(I don't mean to single-out my local Boston Market, as there isn't a dime's difference between this and the two bazillion other Boston Markets). Â Boston Markets are always an enigma to me, one which gently tugs at my sleeve until I turn into their parking lot. Â Their chicken actually has near-acceptable flavor; I've simply never been able to identify these hatchling-sized poultry examples as actual chickens. Â Of course, the wildly spinning rotisserie assures that every drop of moisture is leached before they dare serve. Â I enjoy their mac and cheese sides, although there is really nothing notable about the Boston Market presentation. Â While I love creamed spinach, there is always an off-putting chemical aftertaste in the Boston Market version. Â As true enigmas often present themselves, I'm not sure whether I like or dislike Boston Market; the single star is generous until the verdict arrives. Â At that time I'll then determine whether this is a "guilty pleasure!"
