Waterfront Bar And Grill

This was our first and LAST experience at The Drink.  Horrible service, the bartenders were more interested in being on their phone and having a good time themselves.  When we finally got a seat and an ordeal to order.....the food was just a gut bomb! , everything is fried, smothered, or pre frozen food. The staff  didn't seem to  be enjoying themselves either,  sad to see people so unhappy, when all we wanted was to come enjoy ourselves and relax.

Don't go here to eat!  I guess if you see the "grill" in the sign you should ignore it. This is a bar. My sister and I went here and I can't remember the last time I walked out of a place before paying. They didnt even have the time when my sister told them we just wanted to pay and leave. Never even tasted our food.

I went to The Drink after reading the (mostly negative) reviews on here and thought to myself "People just wanna post mean things" or that the people who thought the food was bad were just picky assholes. I can safely say that The Drink should just stick to well... drinks. I ordered shrimp tacos, my friend ordered the Big Wave burger.

We sat in the bar. My coke was completely flat so I asked for something else. I thought maybe the coke is just flat in the bar because when it's mixed with rum, nobody cares that its flat. They got me a coke from a different fountain in the restaurant and it was fine. When the food came, I was sad to see that the shrimp was the little tiny frozen guys. Then I tasted them and was even sadder. It wasn't even shrimp. It was imitation shrimp. Fuck.

The Big Wave amounted to a frozen Costco patty (probably more like Food 4 Less) with some green shit smeared on it that was supposed to be guac. The bun tasted like it was made entirely out of butter. My friend ate about 3 bites of it before deciding that was plenty.

In summary: This place is a bar. It is not a bar & grill. The food is fine if you're already shitfaced but if you're actually expecting dinner, go to Taco Bell first and come here for a midnight snack.

Also, I'm not picky about food. I eat Honey Combs cereal for about 70% of my meals.

Someone commented that this place is "tucked away" and "easy to miss." I wish it was more tucked away and that I had missed it.
