Club Savvy's

I once had a colleague tell me that this place was "fight central" and that I ran a high risk of being involved in a fight.  So I decided to test out his theory to see if I would in fact emerge with a black eye or with silver bracelets on my wrists.

Well, I never got into any fights... but I did see one almost break out right in front of me between a horny guy and the friend of a rather shabby-dressed female he was trying to hit on throwing F-bombs at him.

I did not think the bartenders thought much of my presence since I was greeted with somewhat rude service after almost five minutes of trying to get their attention in an already crowded bar.

There were some good times though.  The dance floor, karaoke, and pool tables were fun, and the political commentary on the chalkboards in the bathroom were hilarious to read.

The only interesting thing about this place is the fact that Idaho's Jack the Ripper Raymond Snowden stabbed Cora Dean to death on September 23, 1956.  Theorists believe her ghost haunts the bar at night.
