Poor service, spotty at best, and rather dingy. I'd rather  not go back. Beer was lukewarm as the food was too. If I'm desperate, maybe...

Ate here today to get rapid reward points on our new Southwest card.  Meh.  It's bar food, what can I say?  My sandwhich was good - a BLT - but that is normally pretty hard to screw up.  My husband ordered a Philly Cheese steak.  He has had better.

Service was fine, she was friendly and accomodating.  Tried some wings, medium, double fried.  Reminded me of a good mini fried chicken, but it wasn't hot at all.

Overall, not a go to place in my book.  But, if I want a beer and some fried food, I am pretty sure this place could hook me up.

Being from Louisiana I was a little hesitant about eating crawfish here, but during a business trip in Houston i gave it a try. I have to admit they do a good job. Yes they do put seasoning on the outside however they boil in seasoned water also, so you get the both of both worlds. Just tell them hold the seasoning on the outside for those of you east of Lafayette and u will be fine.  Its a mixed batch so do not expect selects.

This place was filthy. In fact, the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. I wouldn't call it a good place for kids unless you want them to become second hand smokers. Aside from the crawfish, which was decent at best, Wolfies should be a lesson at the health department of what new restaurant owners should not do. I did an open records request for their health department inspection. Can't wait to see that. POOR SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE MANAGEMENT. One star is being generous.

Do's:  if you insist on eating here, try their crawfish when on special (Tuesdays?) -  On a nice day, sit outside on the patio to avoid the smoke and filth inside.  Keep your expectations super low, keep your order simple.

Don'ts:  Touch anything, or use their bathroom.  Wait for a table.  Order off the menu.  Order craft beer.  Spend your money here.

Shamefully, I've actually eaten here quite a few times in the past.  I'd join my co-workers for some beer and crawfish when in season.  Their crawfish is actually pretty decent - probably the only thing they do right.  It's the spiciest crawfish around.

Beer:  if you order the light, generic stuff - you'll be OK.  If you order a lesser popular beer, beware.  They obviously don't have a very high turnover rate of the "good stuff", and i've had a few stale/skunky beers arrive at the table... you quickly become "that guy" when you send a beer back... but then again, how bad do you have to be to mess up a beer order?

Food:  Crawfish - if you like it spicy.  Their fries are actually really good too.  Everything else is awful.

Service:  Terrible.  Absolutely terrible.  They've never once brought out the food correctly.  I've received cold food before also.  Review the bill thoroughly, because it's bound to be wrong. If you place an order - just keep it simple... the staff always forgets to respond to your needs.  If you ask for something, you'll need to ask several times in order for them to get a clue.  Just prepare to be on your own for a while... I think the staff at least tries to be nice; but not very bright.

Their prices are actually steep.  I realized i could order a comprable seafood dish at Babbins for a similar price...

(this is a location review) Whenever I'm in town and it's crawfish season, I head out to my nearest Wolfie's depending on the time of day. For lunch it is normally quiet though not the best view if you want to snag a seat outdoors (view of the shopping center). Even when it's quiet, I agree, service sucks. Service tip: appetizers should come out before the main entree and cold fries in lukewarm garlic oil is never good. I love the curly pigtail garlic fries, but I wish they were always served hot!! As for the crawfish I love the spicy hot powder mix they use. Service tip: bring out bucket, plates, wet napkins before we're halfway through. Saturday $2 micheladas is a great deal, but i wish the beer was ice cold. Some minor details that can make a cheap, comfort food meal okay, good, and great.

I've been here in the evening and it is most definitely not a place you want to be stuck waiting as there is no waiting area. Also, if there's a big crowd there's most likely likely smokers taking advantage of the awwwffulll smoking allowed policy. Ugh. Especially smokers who smoke in front of their kids which is nothing against the restaurant, but could definitely ruin your meal.

My wife and I heard the crawfish was excellent here. So, tonight (3/14) we gave it a try. Upon arriving there was nobody, absolutely nobody, seating the 8 to 10 people standing in the doorway. We decided to work our way to the bar which was, well, not an appetizing place due to the intense smoke. We decided to dine outside.  The wait staff was woefully inadequate (meaning completely overwhelmed) but nice even though they had no chance of keeping up with the customer demand.
Crawfish was good, albeit rather small in size, but given the lack of staff, too much smoke...throughout the entire restaurant, and warm beer. We'd say pass on this location.

Our 2 cents. And as Dennis Miller would say: "That's just my opinion. I could be wrong."  But in this case...I don't think so.

If i could give less than a 1, I would. We arrived around 8:30. Before we even walked in, there was a disappointing handwritten sign on the door saying they were out of crawfish until 11pm. I figured we'd just get wings and have some beers. We waited to be seated for around 15 mins and then were told our table was ready. All of a sudden the manager decided NOT to seat people for 30 minutes because "the kitchen was backed up." We were told we'd be next in line though... I've never heard of such a strategy: to NOT seat guests even though tables were available. I figured we might as well stay and wait because anywhere else we go we'd have to wait anyway. We asked the hostess if we could just sit down and drink until the kitchen caught up and she said sure, then put us at the back of the wait list of people to be seated. The hostess and a waitress seemed more interested in flirting with boys and socializing than helping guests and keeping things organized. We saw the manager walk up and had no problem with the way the were performing and disappeared. Ok so we're leaving now. And never coming back! Worst experience and we were never even seated. I can't imagine how much worse it would've been if we stayed.

This is for this location, Wolfie's as a whole is a favorite of ours....but we go to the one in Conroe. We decide to try this location off 45 in Spring because it's closer to us at the time and it was HORRIBLE! The service was bad, not just normal bad, but I ended up leaving after an hour because everyone else got food and I got shafted by our waitress, who did say she was new, but was way worse than just new. I ask for two pounds of crawfish and they bring me one pound. I ask if that was indeed two pounds because I saw other two pounder plates come out and they are a lot bigger and she argues and says it's not. Then comes back and says it is and that she put in the order 3 more pounds of crawfish, which was confusing. I tell her it's only one and as everyone at the table is done with their food and plates taken away, I'm still waiting on my food. After 45 minutes, I finally ask to cancel the order. As I was paying my tab, they came out with the food but then it got turned away. And it was 3 pounds of crawfish. The waitress seemed bothered that after 45 minutes AFTER everyone ate that I wanted to cash out and leave, I told her I'd rather go through a drive-thru then do this game anymore. I also said something who appeared to be management and he didn't seem to care at all.

Also, the food was overly salty (compared to their other location) and they charged me .15 for butter and .15 for salt, which is weird.) Also, the 3 year old didn't like the pizza, he kept saying it was "nasty" but he did eat half of it, so I'll chalk it up to him being a picky eater.

I had to come home and eat a frozen dinner. Major fail, Wolfie's. Go to their location in Conroe, the service is A LOT better and the food tastes better, too.

This place is ok, not too shabby. Food is ok (could be better if served fast n hot). The wait staff is usually very crappy. You have to wait a long time for them to come to your table. Food doesn't arrive warm or hot since the waitresses take a long time to serve to Ur table. If they hire nice wait staff I might consider going there again.

Cheap beer n wings along with cheap service. Lol

You get what you pay for. With that being said, it is a great beer drinking joint to grab a drink with your friends. There is smoking inside and they have some awesome hot wings. I recommend this to ppl looking for a place to grab a beer and watch the sports game, or sometimes they have live music, which is fun.

If you like eating in a smokey (even in non-smoking area), dimly lit, somewhat dirty bar that has 25+ TVs and pretty good food at a decent price, then this is the place for you.........

This was our third try and I am not sure we will return. If it was just about the food, this place would be rated much higher but I just can't enjoy eating and breathing second hand smoke.....nowhere, no time.

On Wednesday nights, wings are 39 cents each and we have enjoyed those (between smokey coughs) each time. I had a philly cheesesteak tonight and it was okay. The fries were actually hot and plentiful. Overall, the food was thumbs up.

The service has been average at best. Tonight was the worse.....think Twilight Zone.....our appetizer came out with out food and I am not sure she fully comprehended anything we said.

So, the plusses are many TVs and pretty good food but these are trumped by questionable service adn a smokey-dirty-dim seating area.

Food is pretty cheap and the food is good. Trade off is pricey food and dirty setting. This at one point was the bellagio of the wolfies chain...

A buddy called the other day and said this place had huge  crawfish for $4.50 a pound and cold Miller Lite for 2 bucks. I have been here before but it was smokey and dirty. It's early for crawfish season so prices are steep and the crawfish have been small so this seemed like a decent enough deal and I thought Montgomery County went to no smoking in restaurants March 1st.

We walked in and were greeted by a stale beer / smoke smell that got worse as we approached the very crowded horseshoe shaped (luv that) bar.

A few people were eating crawfish and they looked and smelled great. We ordered a couple beers and five pounds of crawfish. The place is dirty, sticky, stinky, and smokey so how the hell do I give them two stars??? Because the crawfish rocked. They were big and spicy and they served drawn butter on the side. My buddy also ordered a small chicken fried steak and it to was really good. All in all everything we saw come out of the kitchen looked really good and the locals all loved the food.
