We stopped here in the early afternoon for a bite to eat. My wife had a burger, which she loved, and I enjoyed the muscles in beer sauce.  And, don't tell anyone, I may have also drank the beer sauce afterwards :)  While there are simply a zillion options in the area, i'd recommend stopping by and at least giving this place a try.

Another great craft beer bar, with excellent food. Dogfish Head 90 on tap, wha wha?! If I lived in the city, this would be my spot. The decor here is sick. Old school bar vibe, classy too! They offer up a great selection of craft beers, but I'd love to see more to be honest. Like all the craft beer bars in the area, they rotate the beers. But I think they have a few that are regular year round. The food...AWESOME! I'm getting hungry just thinking about the short rib sliders, sweet potato fries and brussel sprouts. Every time I've gone it's been pretty packed at the bar. But service at the tables was stellar. Our waiter was on top of his game. Never had an empty plate on the table long, and beers kept coming as soon as my glass was empty. I'll definitely be back again.

LOVE Alfie's!  Great beer selection and the food is really fantastic.  Get some fried pickles to start.  I love the burger and the fish n' chips, but tried the fried chicken the other night, which won hands down!
