The House of Brews - 51st Street

The place seems like a great place for beer. They had a wide assortment and the staff were nice. My friend and I did not have beer but their other cocktails and they weren't great. I like beer but my friend doesn't so I opted for the cocktails. A bartender even started to play songs in our favor! In short: go for the beer.

Stopped in while checking out the 8th ave street fair, nice selection of beers,clean restrooms,very nice relaxing atmosphere...

In a neighborhood relatively desolate of good bars, this place really comes through in a pinch. Great beer selection, casual environment with 2 floors and the place has both bar and table seating. Great for after work drinks or drinks with a group. Also, growlers.
