Great breakfast place! Excellent food, generous portions, and friendly service. Fun neighborhood diner.

Allie's Cafe is a great neighborhood restaurant with a friendly staff, outstanding service and very reasonably priced food.  

Great breakfast menu with old-time favorites mixed in with a few unique dishes.  Portions are huge and can easily feed two adults.  A few of our favorites include the eggs benedict, hashbrown casserole and Allie's scrambler.  Your mis-matched coffee mug will never go empty.  Kid-friendly, relaxing environment with lots of regulars.

I've never been to the restaurant, but I've had their catering at Saints Peter and Paul church a couple of times and both times were terrible.  The food is mediocre.  Pasta salad doused in Italian dressing.  Sloppy potato salad.  Burgers sitting in oil.  The kind of burger and hot dog buns you'd find at the dollar store.  The tomatoes were pink/white and mealy, which is unacceptable considering the abundance of homegrown veggies in the Summer.  They need a lesson in what good food is and what should be served to guests at a special event.
