Don't try and find this place on the street, it's inside the College Football Hall of Fame. You don't need to pay admission to eat here though and you should make every effort to do so! Easily the best subs in town. This chain is taking the country by storm (similar to Memphis based Lenny's). Meat and cheese are sliced fresh to order and the bread and toppings are all solid. I ordered a giant by phone and picked it up to bring back to my hotel. When I unwrapped it I almost didn't want to eat it! It was a work of art! Of course I did eat it and promptly called the store to tell hem how pleased I was with it. They were a little unsure of why I was calling (most people call to complain, I'm sure)! Top notch!
Review Source:By far the best lunch value in DTSB. Â High quality bread, meat, and cheese, delivered quickly at reasonable prices, equals a high-scope lunch experience. Â
Does anybody come close? Â Definitely not Jimmy Johns or Subway. Â Fiddlers is too expensive. Â Oyster Bar is tasty, but has a negative effect on gastrointestinal integrity. Â Let's not even talk about Chocolate City or the Vine.
Don't be put off just because Jersey Mike's is located within the stupidest thing in existence downtown, the College Football Hall of Fame. Â If you eat here, this food may very well inspire you to come up with a profitable plan for the soon-to-be vacant boondoggle.
