Inattentive service... I never got a chance to try the food, because the server and the host ignored that I was sitting waiting to place my order for 20 minutes... on a slow Sunday afternoon. Â
The decor is similar to the BW3 that this restaurant replaced, but it could use some painting and renovation.
I joined my husband and his co-workers on a Thursday night and do not plan on ever going back. Â His group had already been there for awhile when I arrived and the comments were, pretty good tap selection and overcooked wings. Â I ordered a burger and salad. Â First, Â both arrived at the same time (it's not like they were so busy that this should have been a problem), definitely not a deal breaker. Â However, Â the salad was nothing special; iceburg lettuce, shredded cheese, a slice of cucumber and tomato. Â I then go to east the specialty burger I ordered and there was nothing on the burger! Â Again, Â I could understand if the restaurant had just opened and was swamped, but I think the staff to customer ratio was not much more than 1:2. Â My burger was sent back and in return I received the same burger back that had been nuked in the microwave on the bun to warm the bacon jam and melt the cheese. Â Since I had previously cut the burger in half, Â it was comical to receive the now soggy bottom bun and sliced burger with a new fresh top bun. Â I didn't eat it and our group closed out their tab. After we posted for something that was never eaten and we we began walking out, Â the owner finally came up and offered to make something new. Â Her pleated that we come back because their food really is good. Â I love to support local business, Â but in this case, I don't think we'll go back. Â The owner may need to rethink training or make both customer service and quality a priority, out takes the entire team to make the business a success. Â It would have been nice to have a casual hangout after work, but this will not be the place.
