Frank's Place Liquors

If you happen to be in that toilet bowl of a city known as South Bend and want a beer or a cheap drink and are ready for some fun or funny times talking to patrons - go to Franks Place. Big parking lot, free wi-fi, and cheap booze attached to a liquor store. The food is worth skipping - unless they are making popcorn.

Excellent prices on drinks.  Very diverse clientele.  Not very good food.  Tons of fun.

Stop into Frank's for a great lunch!  Nice portions and service was timely and friendly.  Atmosphere is comfortable and inviting.  Cheerful bunch and try to return when in the area.  Sort of a diamond in the rough, more upscale than the location may appear.  I'm always searching for home cooked, off the beaten path places.  This fit the bill and you can have a drink if you wish.  Last time I was in, folks were returning for their Friday night entertainment.  Sounds fun to hang out at also.  Definately worth stopping in.  Enjoy!
