I'm the first to admit that I was skeptical when I heard that Corby's was adding a pizza kitchen, but the added bonus of going smoke-free was an incentive to check it out.
A group of us were there for the smoke-free kick off and decided to check out the food as well. Â The menu is small to start and features homemade pizza and a couple of sandwiches, including a meatball sub.
We ordered a large pizza, which was huge, with sausage and black olives. Â The crust was thin and perfectly crisp, topped with homemade sauce and an impressive homemade sausage that had a nice little kick. Â
Another in the group ordered the meatball sub, which was huge! Â Homemade meatballs topped with the homemade sauce and cheese then backed in the pizza oven.
Definitely worth checking out!
