Food was good.
Veggie plate is awesome. Each thing was great except the falafel.
A hot app, I forget name with cheese and egg was amazing! Little fried dumpling things.
Main entree were good as well and amazingly the fries were crispy! Kebab was good. Adana was a bit too spicy for my tastes. Urna kebab was ok, not too much flavor.
All in all a good meal and used a living social coupon to boot.
My husband and I decided to go to Babylon Mediterranean Restaurant last night. Once again we had an amazing evening. This time we ordered their fish it was incredibly delicious and to top all that off like icing on the cake..was the entertainment with Hratch Bogharian...We enjoyed every second. We highly recommend this place on Friday night...Well, Hratch is there Friday nights....lol.
Review Source:Came here at 7 PM Friday and it was DEAD EMPTY. Not a single table so my group should have known something was up. But we still sat and ordered food. One of the biggest mistakes of my college career (minus the C- I got in a course I slept through a midterm on).
SERVICE: Our server was smoking a cigarette right next to our table and threw it away ONLY when we said we were ready to order. Then he placed our order and we waited for water. NO WATER CAME for 10 minutes (remember, the place had no other tables) until we asked him. He didn't apologize or anything and brought water. He made no effort to talk to us as we waited 40 minutes to get our food. In the middle of the wait, he went outside to smoke another cigarette and two employees started fighting and yelling loudly in some language i didn't understand. Gee..this is awkward, we all thought.
FOOD: So the food comes out and man, it was terrible...and thats being nice. My chicken plate consisted of bony chicken that was half burnt and french fries. No veggies no anything else. CHICKEN AND FRENCH FRIES. Really? Our server didn't come to ask about our food or anything (he went to go smoke ANOTHER cigarette) and we ate peacefully trying not to be too disrespectful to anybody.
We finished and left no tip because our service was nonexistent. If you are looking for Mediterranean food, don't come here. Never tried the hookah, but go for that, not the food. Bad service and lousy food relative to the price. Too bad negative stars don't exist.
Mr Stellos responded to my review and stated two misleading comments: first, his waiter was the one who told us that the screaming woman in the back was the owner's mother. So either the waiter lied or Mr Stellos is lying that she is in Greece. Secondly, we were there on Friday evening, and there was no live band. There was a DJ. So stop the crap, ok?
We went there at 8 PM on Friday. The owner's mother was screaming at some guy from the bottom of her lungs till 9 PM. Other guys were between her and the guy trying to prevent her from hitting him. She did actually slap him. A very low class lady. She didn't care patrons were sitting.
Then when it got busy after 10 PM we were completely neglected by the waiter and parties of more people were taken care of. Our final course of the food came at 12 midnight and that's after I asking to find out where is the food.
They charge a set price of $35 per person on Fridays and Saturdays whether you want to eat that much or not and then you have to spend extra for hookah and alcohol. Basically this place tries to gouge the customer.
Whenever we have gone to Eden Garden whether the one in Pasadena or Glendora, we always had great experience without feeling gouged and taken advantage of.
I celebrated my wife bithday and we had amazing time, the food was great and entetainment was geat.ok singer and geat DJ .fresh air inside that is very important to me  vey elegant and sevice was perfect I gave waiter $25.00 tip on $80.00 food bill..
The food needs to be wok on to taste better
Very fiendly place I order dinne and entetainment package fo $35.00 per person but I like to see unlimited soft dink to be included because I think more people go moe often.
We dance all night to the music the place is great I recommend.
