The Tap Room

This place is BEAUTIFUL.  Period. The Tap Room is a great place to get cocktails and enjoy conversation. Our server was wonderful and the drinks were good.
The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is that the way the seating is arranged, it makes for finding a private corner to share private conversation impossible.

I am specifically writing this review for the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and  quality of food here at the Tap Room.

Please be warned that you will be DISAPPOINTED with the lack of professionalism and customer service by the waitstaff at the Tap Room. They have hired young, unprofessional, incompetent waitstaff to service clientele.

I came here for the first time and spent over $200 with 3 guests I was entertaining one afternoon. We ordered a few appetizers and drinks. The drinks were fine, but the food was disgusting!! The salads were soggy and tasted old. I'm usually never the type of person to let bad food slide with me but because I had guests with me I didn't say anything. If I was alone, I would have surely returned everything back to the kitchen. It's very simple people:  it's food that is going to be digested by my body, and if that food you are serving me, which I am paying for is inedible, I'm not going to risk getting sick over it..period.

Aside from the food the servers have no respect and will walk right by you...big disappointment. I will return only because the grounds are so beautiful, I just refuse to eat there ever again!! BIG LET DOWN!!

The manger of the Tap Room is friendly, she welcomes and thanks everyone as they are coming and leaving. As for the servers once again: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Big disappointment for a place like this...
I was expecting a lot more. You will NEVER have this problem at the Beverly Hills Hotel or the Beverly Wilshire. The servers are a disaster here..wow!!

Good drinks, cool music.. nice vibe here with friendly bartenders
