Great ambiance, amazing drinks, delicious food! Â It's run by the creative Chef Antonia, so you shouldn't expect less. Â And it's not THAT loud. Â If you're looking for a quiet, romantic setting with classical music playing in the background, this is not goinng to be your cup of tea!
They dont take reservations--a 45-minute to an hour wait on a weekend night is average. Â After 9:30, you can expect it to be PACKED.
They have a really good selection of fun mixed drinks. Â I had the strawberry jalapeno hot and bothered, and it was really unusual and yummy :)
We had 4 of the entrees to share. Â Definitely tiny, tapas-style. Â Each bite is super flavorful, and you can really see the work that went into crafting the menu. Â If you are starving and looking for a place to fill you up on the cheap, again, probably not the best choice for you.
You'll have a great time sampling the fun dinner and drink options here!
*insert incredibly loud music here*
This place is, for the most part, awesome. Â Personally, I really have to be in the mood to go to a place like this. Â I've never been a fan of a place where I have to shout to my date to be heard.... but the ambiance (outside of the extra loud music), food, and service make up for that part.
The food and drinks are reasonably priced and the crowd seems to be the young & trendy professional genre. Â Also the space is well decorated, and the lights are set low to give it that hipster/romantic/mysterious vibe. Â
I would say this is a great place to go to get drinks and get you pumped for the main event (whatever your main event is - bachelorette party? Â Yes. Â Birthday celebration? Â Definitely. Â Baby shower? Â Mmm... maybe not.)
