Went there Saturday night expecting "nu disco, disco house, and popular dance music" spun by one DJ Henry Helix as described on their website. He played some good 80's for the first 45 minutes (though it was more of a mash up of 10-second clips--why do DJs do that??) then played mostly hip hop the rest of the night. When I asked him about the disco that's advertised on the website, he rolled his eyes and said, "Yeah yeah, okay." He may have played one Blondie song then it was back to hip hop. It's really a shame because I really wanted to get my disco on and when I first walked in, I thought it looked like a pretty cool joint with good vibes. DJ Henry threw all that out the window. Another thing: when I closed out my tab, they charged an automatic 16% tip to my credit card. As awesome as the bartenders were, I want to decide how much I tip. In fact, if they hadn't done that, I probably would've tipped more. They screwed themselves.
