  Took me 15 minutes to get through drive through and there were only two cars in front of me.  
  
  All I ordered was a drink.  When I got there, I got charged $6.  When I said, hey, I ordered only a drink, the lady said, woopsie!! and said she'd refund me $5 or so.  Stupid me didn't ask for a receipt for that.  Turns out she charged me another $5, which I didn't notice till I checked my bank statement later. So I paid 11 flippin'  bucks for a small drink.
  
  Time before that, I had fries that tasted like onion rings.  And they were cold.

  Don't get me wrong.  I usually like Burger King.  This one is not worth the money.  Go to the one on the corner of Roosevelt and County Farm...

  Its burger king. Tastes like burger king, service like any burger king, etc. I'm surprised the reviews below are so harsh. I live down the street and rec. this over the mcdonalds only because it is slower here and you get better food.

  This has to be the worst customer service experience of my life they are the most ignorant disrespectful management ever!!! Never complain about anything unless you want to be told off!!! And then when asked who the district manager is was told they don't give a f*ck who we call. By the way they did not care about making a scene in front of other customers...what class!!  ps only got one star cuz I couldn't pick zero!!!

  Well well well. Today me and Mike decided to stop at BK. we figured it would be like any other BK experience, quickly order, grab our food from the counter, sit down, eat, leave. Not Exactly. We walked in and no one was in line and we where serviced promptly which was great. It than  took us about 10 to 15 minutes to get our food! this is supposed to be fast food! Thank god we weren't in the drive thru! We realized it took so long because there where only 2 people working, one doing orders and one cooking. Than when we got our food I had asked for no tomato's and guess what? There where tomato's! No big deal I can take them off. Mike had ordered a double and only received a single and since that cost money we had to go exchange it. Overall this was a very unsatisfying visit to the BK and to top it all off the AC vent on the ceiling was dripping down onto Mikes shoulder and chair the whole time we where there......Gross. I will not be returning to this BK foe a very long time.
