There's a few problems with this McDonald's and I wish they would fix it:
1. Â The Drive thru folks, in an effort to get their measured times down, clear out the orders before they actually give you the food. Â So when I pull up, they usually ask me what I ordered...two times I've received the wrong food and drinks because of this. Â I've asked them not to do that, but they just look at me.
2. Â Drive thru ordering can be difficult to begin with, but when the person doesn't speak English that well, it makes it even more difficult. Â
2. Â I can't help but believe there is a strong bias in hiring here. Â I don't know if they realize that there are other folks of different races that live in the area, such as white and black folks. Â It would be nice to see some diversity in the folks that work here. Â I didn't notice it until someone else pointed it out to me...and then I was like, yeah, what the heck.
