  Cafe Capri has "closed for renovations". The restaurant was also spotted for sale on a real estate website.
  
  Last time I was there was for a $9.95 pasta "special". There was a large selection of pastas offered from the regular menu, all of which were around $11.95. The only thing "special" was that you didn't get the salad that usually comes with the pasta. Some special.

  12 Reasons I will not return to Cafe Capri:
  
  1. When I asked to start a tab, the bartender had to explain to a waiter #1 what a "tab" was.  When I asked if he was new, waitress #2 replied, "Yeahhh... kinda... not really."
  2. When I ordered a white russian, waiter #1 looked at me funny.  When the bartender asked him to go in the back to get cream, he returned 5 minutes later with a can of whipped cream. (I laughed.)
  3. Waiter #1, waitress #2, and bartender all went in the back to look for the cream.
  4. I finally received my drink after 10-15 minutes. alone. at the bar.
  5. Office Party - no vegetarian appetizers.
  6. Salad had two creamy dressings available, both indistinguishable.  I went with oil & vinegar. Meh.
  7. When approaching the bar for a refill, I had to instruct waitress #2 how to make a white russian.
  8. Office Party - only vegetarian dinner was penne vodka.  It was good but I was jealous of all the other offerings my co-workers were tasting.
  9. When we asked for pitchers of water at the table, that's what they brought out.  After much waiting, we asked for glasses.
  10. Warm bread at the table! Yum!  Some of it was served burnt.
  11. Coffee: carried out first in trays of 5 or 6 cups, then followed one. by one. by one.
  12. By the time I left at 6:30, we were still the only party in the restaurant.
  
  2 stars for a party of 45 for $2000.00.

  Everytime I have been here for a family function (3 times) it takes FOREVER.  The wait staff is slow and on top of that they are rude.  I distinctly remember one kid carrying one cup of coffee out of the kitchen at a time.  The ambiance lacks, well, ambiance and while the food is decent you can definitely do better with service and surroundings at any of the Italian restaurants in the area.
